Who can review?
Current and former adult clients sign in using a code sent to their email. One review per account per agency. Choose a public display name; your sign-in email stays private.
What we check
Submit a redacted contract, invoice or agency correspondence showing the agency, date and your connection to the relationship. We compare the document with your account details. We may request more context if it is unclear. Agencies cannot veto a review merely because it is critical.
A “Verified client” badge means we reviewed evidence of the relationship. It does not mean we independently authenticated every document, audited the agency or proved every statement in the review.
What we publish
Your rating, title, review, public name, relationship type and submission month. Reviews must describe your own experience. No threats, spam, explicit images, private contact details, impersonation or undisclosed paid endorsements. We apply the same rules to positive and negative reviews.
What stays private
Sign-in email and relationship proof. Evidence is encrypted before storage and accessible only to authorized moderators. Upload only a redacted JPG, PNG or WebP under 750 KB. Hide government IDs, bank details and unrelated personal information. Proof is removed on a moderation decision, or after 90 days if a decision has not been made.
Imported reviews and source labels
Imported records show public reviewer details and links found on TopAgencies. We write short summaries in our own words where available. Full review text, photos and agency replies remain on the original platform. Attribution does not give us permission to republish a full review collection.
A record labelled “Imported” has not passed our evidence check. “Owner confirmed on source” records a confirmation by the listing owner on TopAgencies, rather than verification by Agency Matches. Trustpilot records link to that platform; aggregate ratings and totals are reported by TopAgencies as of the import date. Only the individual records visible at import are shown here, so a platform’s total can exceed the number of imported links.
We exclude reviews flagged as fake by the source and inferred scores assigned to Reddit mentions. We do not turn those mentions into client reviews, combine source averages into an Agency Matches rating, or create accounts for imported reviewers. Ratings and rankings
Agency Matches client ratings average only published, relationship-checked reviews. The information score remains a separate measure of the agency's published terms and evidence. There are no purchased ratings, seeded customer reviews or automatically assigned five-star scores.
Corrections and ownership
Agency Matches and FONCÉ share an owner. Reviews of FONCÉ follow the same published rules; the ownership relationship remains visible. To request a correction or appeal a moderation decision, contact contact@agencymatches.com.
