1. The service and this agreement
“Agency Matches,” “we” and “us” refer to the operator of agencymatches.com. You can contact us at contact@agencymatches.com. By checking the agreement box when requesting a sign-in code, you accept these terms for your account use. Do not create or use an account if you do not agree.
The review policy and listing policy apply to the features they describe. The privacy notice explains our data practices; accepting these terms does not give blanket consent to marketing or unrelated processing.
2. Age, authority and account security
You must be at least 18 and meet any higher minimum age required to use this service where you live. Use an email account you control and provide accurate information. You must have authority to act for an agency before claiming or changing its listing.
Keep sign-in codes private. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; these terms do not make you responsible for losses the law assigns to us.
3. Research, matching and agency services
We provide a directory and tools for research and communication. Information scores measure published terms and evidence under our method. They do not measure service quality or predict earnings. Quiz results reflect documented service overlap and your selected preferences. A listing, match or verification badge does not guarantee acceptance, results or an agency's conduct.
Confirm scope, fees, account access, content permissions, cancellation and legal obligations with the agency before agreeing to work together. Agency contracts, payments and services are between you and the agency. Agency Matches does not process agency payments, provide management services through this site or resolve contract disputes as an arbitrator. We do not provide legal, tax, financial or employment advice.
4. Fees and commercial arrangements
Browsing and the current account features are free. We currently receive no referral commissions, paid-placement fees, sponsorships or other agency payments. Agency Matches and FONCÉ have a common owner, as explained in our ownership and commercial disclosures.
We may introduce advertising, sponsored placements, referral arrangements or paid services. We will identify paid placements and relevant referral relationships where they appear. Payment will not purchase information-score points or removal of a review that complies with our policy. We will present prices and any separate terms before you choose a paid service; these terms do not authorize a charge or subscription.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the site lawfully and respect other people's privacy and rights.
- Do not impersonate clients or representatives, fabricate evidence, manipulate votes or reviews, or evade moderation through duplicate accounts.
- Do not send spam, threats, harassment, malware, passwords, payment credentials, identity documents or explicit sexual images. Do not upload content involving minors, exploitation or non-consensual intimate material.
- Do not access another person's account or private data, bypass security or rate limits, or run automated collection that disrupts the service. Ordinary browsing, search indexing and lawful quotation remain subject to applicable rights and reasonable technical limits.
6. Your content and our permission to use it
You keep ownership of reviews, replies, listing information and other material you submit. You confirm that you have permission to submit it and that it reflects your own experience or authorized business information.
You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, format and display the material as needed to provide the feature you used. For approved public reviews, replies and listing content, this includes public display on Agency Matches. For private messages and relationship proof, it covers handling for the stated purpose and authorized recipients, not public display or advertising use. We may allow our hosting and delivery providers to process material for those purposes.
This permission does not transfer your copyright to us. It ends when we remove the material, except for restricted backups and records we may retain as described in the privacy notice or as required by law. Copies others lawfully made while content was public may remain outside our control. We do not claim permission under these terms to sell your private messages or use your proof in marketing.
7. Moderation, corrections and account restrictions
We check claims, submissions, reviews and public replies before publication as described in the relevant policies. We may reject or remove policy-breaking content, investigate disputed ownership, restrict abusive use or suspend an account to protect users and the service. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide a reason and a way to ask for a review of the decision.
You may publish honest criticism. We do not prohibit negative reviews, charge a penalty for them, or require you to surrender ownership of a review. Contact us with the page address and reason if you want to correct information, report infringement or appeal a decision.
8. External sites and intellectual property
External agency links open services with their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their security, availability or content. Names and logos identify their respective owners and do not imply that those owners sponsor Agency Matches. Agency Matches has no affiliation with OnlyFans.
We or our licensors own the site's original design, software and editorial material. You may use the site and share links for lawful research. Further copying or reuse requires permission unless applicable law allows it. To report a rights issue, identify the material, the right you hold, the relevant URL and a way to contact you. Do not send sensitive identity documents with an initial report.
9. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information useful and current, but sources change and submissions can contain errors. We provide the service as available and cannot promise uninterrupted access, complete listings or particular results. To the extent the law permits, we exclude implied warranties and responsibility for losses caused by third-party agency services or your reliance on unconfirmed information.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, applicable responsibility for personal injury, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. The law may give you remedies that apply despite these terms.
10. Changes, closure and disputes
We will date updated terms and give appropriate notice of material changes. New terms apply prospectively; we will request agreement at sign-in when the agreement version changes. Existing sessions do not constitute a new acceptance. We will obtain separate consent where the law requires it for a new use of personal data.
You may stop using the site or request account deletion through our contact address. We may change or discontinue features, subject to commitments and rights that applicable law requires us to honor. Contact us about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive a class action, or remove your right to use a court or regulator with jurisdiction under applicable law.
